She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Chandler and Clella Smith Chandler; her husband Charles L. Richter; her daughter Karen L. Innes; and her brother Joseph M. Chandler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wife and Diane L. Richter; and her son-in-law Thomas P. Innes. She is also survived by two sisters-in-law; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
