With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Willms of Newton, North Carolina, born in Saint James, Minnesota, who passed away on October 29, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lenol Carstensen and Kathryn Carstensen; her husband Donald; her brother Bill Carstensen; and her grandson Ross Todd.
