It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Ray Anderson (Newton, North Carolina), who passed away on September 3, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Anderson and Lethel Griffin Anderson; and his brother Darius Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Grindstaff Anderson; his children, Shana Brown (Buddy) of Granite Falls, Sharon Raines (Frank) of Claremont, Stacy Carswell (Lorie) of Lenoir, Joseph Carswell (Teresa) of Taylorsville and Nathaniel Carswell (Lauren) of Greensboro; his brother Terry Anderson (Janice); his grandchild Numerous; and his great grandchild Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous Nieces and Nephews, His beloved dog.
