He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Willms and Ethel Willms; his brothers, Rodney and David; and his grandson Ross Todd.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Todd and Scott Willms (Terri) of Newton; and his sisters, Betty Windschill of Minnesota, MaryAnn Paape of Minnesota, Sandra Anderson (Al) of Minnesota and Ramona Toll (Bruce) of Minnesota. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
