She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelsie James and Bonnie Belle Ramsey Lowe; and her husband Allen Wells. She is survived by: her sons, James Lowe (April) of Wilmington, NC, Jason Hall (Brandon Hall) of Newton and Richard Lowe (Ronald Lowe) of Charlotte; and her sister Angela Neal of Maiden. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
