He is survived by: his children, Kim Harvey Sigmon (John) of Newton, David Timmons Harvey, Jr. of Newton and Georgiana "Missy" Cummings (Mark) of Oakridge, TN; his grandson Christopher Cummings; his great grandchildren, Addalyn and River; his granddaughter Morgan Cummings; his great grandchild Avery; his son Gabriel Harvey (Michelle) of Earlville, MD; his grandchildren, Savanna Harvey and Hayden Harvey; his great grandchild Tammy Sumner (Rick) of Magnolia, DE; his grandchildren, Madison Sumner and Peyton Sumner; and his former wife Georgianna Harvey of Elkton, MD..
