It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cletis Lamar Hunt (Newton, North Carolina), who passed away on January 23, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ann Hunt; his children, Kevin Hunt (Tricia) of Morganton, Kelly Hunt of Charlotte, Krista McCorkle (Wayne) of Hickory and India Richards (Collin) of Hickory; and his grandchildren, Morgan Brown, Chelsea Hunt, Zachary Hunt, Khamari McAuley, Jayden Richards and Kennedy June Richards. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
