He is survived by: his wife Peggy Phillips Haney; and his children, Randy Hughes (Lynn) of Hickory, NC, Tony Haney (Mary Ann) of Newton, NC, Kevin Haney (Maria) of Taylorsville, NC, Sherry Honeycutt (Scott) of Newton, NC, Teresa Carswell (Joe) of Taylorsville, NC and Patricia Haney of Hickory, NC. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
