He was predeceased by: his mother Edna Sisk; his grandparents, James, Viola Sisk, John Jolley and Glennie Stafford; his uncles, John Jolley, Vance Jolley, Red Jolley and Gary Jolley; his aunt Patricia Farley; and his cousin Terry Hefner.

He is survived by: his wife Odessa Carroll; his children, Christopher O'Neal Jolley Jr., Chevy O'Neal Jolley and Shooter O'Neal Jolley; his father Stevie O'Neal Jolley; his brother William Sisk; his uncle James Junior Sisk (Charise); his aunts, Mary Sigmon (Joey) and Geraldine Henson (Ronnie); his nieces, Me'siyah Smith and Katie Sisk; and his nephew Parker Sisk.
