He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Shirley Labow; his brother Rod Mills; and his granddaughter Chelsie Clark. He is survived by: his brother Fred T. Berry; his close friend Chuck Chapman; his sons, Mark and David; his grandchildren, Kristen Pusch Velett (Adam Velett), Trevor Pusch (Katie Pusch), Victoria Pusch Houck (Wyatt Houck), David Mills (Olivia Mills) and Morgan Mills; his great grandchildren, Crew Velett, Jack Pusch and Elle Pusch; and also Check. He is also survived by his grandchildren and now great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests donations be made to benefit the Catawba Humane Society in Newton, NC.
