He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Pitts of Myrtle Beach; his son Eric Pitts (Heather) of Greensboro; his grandchildren, Caroline Pitts, Chandler Pitts, Alexandria Shults, Chance Shults, Paige Shults, Gregory Heffinger Jr. and Geoffrey Heffinger; his siblings, James Pitts, Betty Gragg, Jerry Pitts (Tonya Pitts), Carolyn Isenhour (Pete Isenhour) and Donna Hollar (Fred); and his stepchildren, Logan Little, Stephanie Shults (Dennis Shults) and Wendy Heffinger (Greg Heffinger).
