He is survived by: his wife Heidi Hoffmann Crumley; his children, Dean Crumley (Deborah) of Newton and Natalie Crumley; his grandchildren, Brett Crumley, Sabrina Crumley, Austin Crumley and Brandon Crumley; and his great grandchildren, Aubree Crumley, Alyssa Crumley, Mila Crumley, Olivia Bass and Avery Bass.
