He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clifford Ebel and Bertha A. J. Ebel; and his sister Barbara Claire Ebel. He is survived by: his wife Janice Leaf Ebel; his children, Charles C Ebel, Kimberly L Ebel and Christina J Morgan; and his stepdaughter Kristi Keever. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three step-grandchildren.
