We are sad to announce that on May 24, 2022, at the age of 79, Charles Carr (Newton, North Carolina), born in Erie, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Harriet Johnston, Gerald and Albert (Tubby); and his nephews, Phillip Freligh and Ken Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda (Freligh); and his children, Jeri Serbinowski (Paul) and Heather. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
