It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Dye Spargo of Newton, North Carolina, who passed away on June 1, 2024, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her mother Joan Barnes Dye of Dallas; her husband Andy Spargo; her daughter Jennifer Hughes of Wilson; her siblings, Mark Melton of Gastonia, Julie Dye Summey (Doug) of Dallas and Heather Brabble (Daniel) of Gastonia; and her uncle Forrest Dye (Missouri) of Monroe.
