She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Simmons and Sarah Simmons; and her sisters, Nancy Pope and Doris Huffman. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Underwood; her children, Randy Underwood (Beverly), Chad Underwood and Lisa Averitte (Richard); her grandchildren, Erica Isenhour (Matt), Christian Underwood, Lucy and Felix Averitte; and her great grandchildren, Layla and Mason Isenhour. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
