He was predeceased by: his father Sam Harrell Howard. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Bruce Schenk (John) of Hickory, NC and David Howard (Nikki) of Hickory, NC; his nephews, Matthew Bruce of Newport, NC, Luke Bruce (Crystal Martinez) of Hickory, NC and Brandon Clark (Megan); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tatum, Laney and Karter of Asheville, NC; and his nephews, Jackson Vazquez of Hickory, NC and Caleb Quackenbos of Hickory, NC. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
