He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Mundy and Alma Sipe Mundy Bentley; and his sisters, Jewell Marrow, Carolyn Worley, Marilyn Benge and Judy Christopher.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Mundy; his children, Tony Mundy (Roger Moore) of Newton and Crystal Mundy of Newton; his grandsons, Brandon Serrano and Justin Serrano; his sister Nancy Brown of Statesville; and his brother-in-law Phillip Marrow.
