It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Brackett (Newton, North Carolina), who passed away on November 30, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Clark, Sr.; and her sisters, Jacquelina Friday and Althea Clark. She is survived by: her husband James Brackett; her son Ronald Sansbury; her stepdaughter Tawana Brackett; her grandchildren, Annaliyah, Journee, Lianah, Julian, Ariel, Joriah and Adalynn; her stepgrandchildren, Brittany Willams, Robert Williams IV, Brionna Williams and Anthony; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kayden Sam and Roma Oliver; her siblings, Thomas Clark (Wanda) of Charlotte, Terry Clark (Etta) of Stanley, Blair Clark of Iron Station, Isaac Clark of Lenoir, Ella Staley of Iron Station, Rita Bynum of Iron Station and Issie Anderson (Billy) of Stanley; her brothers-in-law, Marion Brackett of New York and George Oliver of Cowpens; and her niece Mona Lisa of Brooklyn. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
