She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Leon Franklin and Lillian Imogene Franklin; her grandmother Bonnie Ethel Steelman; and her brothers, Richard Leon Franklin, Donald Benjamin Franklin and William Stanley Franklin.

She is survived by: her siblings, Katherine Ann McCaslin (Randy) and Thomas Fredrick Brower; and her nieces and nephews, Tabitha Jean Charles, Tosha Nicole Gyger, Jessica Lee Helton, Jessica Carpenter, Jonathan Richard Franklin, Trintee Hess and Tyler Pagan.
