She is survived by: her parent Zuby Nell Moser Spencer; her daughter Anne Isaacs Whisnant (Tony) of Lenoir; her siblings, Judith Carole Waters Alesio (Dennis) of Lenoir, Finetta Marshall, Allen of Hickory and Tommy Hailey of Hollywood; her granddaughters, Megan Elizabeth Waters of Norfolk and Courtney Brown Ennis (Matthew) of Augusta; her great grandchild Eleanor Anne Ennis of Augusta; her nieces, Cedona Starnes (Dennis) of Taylorsville, Amanda Alesio of Lenoir, Lindsay Ventimiglia (Mike) of Castle Rock and Denetia Jessup of Newton; and her friends, Norma Minton and Carolyn Martin.
