With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beulah Phillips McIntosh of Newton, North Carolina, who passed away on October 18, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Carter Phillips and Albertia Clark Phillips; her son Donnie "Butch" Phillips; and her sisters, Helen Dove, Charlotte Craig and Bonnie Myres.

She is survived by: her husband Dean McIntosh; her children, Russell McIntosh of Hickory and Terri Heavner of Hickory; and her brothers, Bill Phillips of Granite Falls and Roger Phillips of Kentucky.
