It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Sigmon McRee (Newton, North Carolina), born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on November 7, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Claude Sigmon; her husband Thomas W. McRee; and her siblings, Nora Alexander, Mary Belle Sigmon, Pearl Harriet Sigmon, Clinton, Norman, Wade and Richard Mack Sigmon.
She is survived by: her parent Pearl Hawn Sigmon. She is also survived by her three grandsons and great granddaughter.
