With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Eugene Drum of Newton, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on February 20, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lock Gentry Drum and Mettie Pearl Drum; and her siblings, Paul Drum, Lowell Drum, Cletus Drum, Marvin Drum, Louise Caldwell, Nellie Drum, Bertie Caldwell, Pearl Hicks, Natine Lineberger, Violet Cornelius and Jewel Austin. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
