She is survived by: her husband Ralph William Kanipe; her children, Clinton Kanipe of Newton, Timmy Kanipe (Tim) of Claremont, Donna Arrington of Conover and Michele Hedrick (Chris) of Claremont; her sister Shirley Brawley of Statesville; her sister-in-law Linda Kanipe Jordan of Conover; her grandchildren, Shandel Moore, Whitney Cooke, Holly Cooke and Taylor Arrington; her great grandchildren, Kara Moore, Marley Fiore, Cohen Cooke, Leighton Cooke and Krew Lowery; her niece Lisa Crawford; and her nephew Stephen Brawley.
