She is survived by: her parent Ocie Milam Smith James; her son Richard Allen (Sherry) of Hiddenite; her grandchild Courtney MaClain (Darrin); her great grandchild Rory Ellamae MaClain; her son-in-law Steve Scott; her siblings, Kathleen Davis of Marion and Richard B.; her sister-in-law Virginia Joy Elder; her brother Carl M.; her sister-in-law Tina Allen; her brothers, Kenneth Smith (Gail) of Yadkinville and Eddie Junior Meadows of Kernersville; and her friends, Peggy Johnson and Kathleen Franklin.
