He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Linda Stockton Barker of Selma, NC and Virgil Guess; his wife Sandra Guess of Newton Grove; his children, Jesse Guess of Santa Paula, CA, David Guess of Selma, NC, Christina Guess of Santa Paula, CA and Regina Guess of Santa Paula, CA; his stepdaughter Darlene Knox of Princeton, NC; and his brother Jeff Guess of Santa Paula, CA.
