She was predeceased by: her parents, Kirby Atlas and Katie Jane Thornton Keene; her husband Talmadge Lee Johnson; her granddaughter Rebecca Ann Honeycutt; and her son-in-law Robert William Honeycutt.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Johnson Honeycutt, Brenda Johnson Burton (Jerry) and Gary Talmadge Johnson (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Katherine Honeycutt Larue, Melinda Grey Honeycutt, Matthew Robert Honeycutt, Stephanie Nicole Braun (Zack), Jessica Johnson Dobbins (David), Brittany Jean Burton, Kimberly Ann Lichtsinn (Jacob) and Parker Lee Johnson; and her sister Faye Keene Betts. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
Flowers are welcomed; however, memorials may be made to SECU Hospice House 426 Hospital Rd, Smithfield, NC 27577for their outstanding care and respect in the final days.
