He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Birtch and Carol Sneill. He is survived by: his wife Marie Parker Buck; his children, Bridgett, Megan, Makenzie Buck and Zachary Buck of Camp Lejeune; and his siblings, Alberta Le of Southern Pines, Emma Covington of Red Springs, Tracy of Dunn and Wayne Buck of Dunn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
