He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Robert and Sarah Juanita "Nita" Tart Lee; his former wife Belinda Jones Lee; his son Nathan Greg Lee; and his siblings, Josephine Tart, Valentina Lee, Gastonia Barefoot, Tena Rackley, James Patrick Lee and Michael M. Lee.
He is survived by: his fiancée Nina Hobbs McKenzie of Newton Grove; his children, Connie Sue Wooten (Steve Wooten) of Dunn, Kelvin Alan Lee of Smithfield and Robert C. Lee (Michelle G. Lee) of Dunn; his grandchildren, Nathan C. Wooten, Amelia Lee, Connor G. Lee, Maggie Burnett, Briggs McKenzie, Eli McKenzie, Zachary Hulbert, Owen Hulbert, Nathan Hulbert and McKenzie Hulbert; and also, Brian McKenzie (Lesia) of Wendell and George Hulbert (Natalie McKenzie Hulbert) of Clayton.
