He is survived by: his parents, Eric Thornton and Alycia McLamb Thornton of Newton Grove; his grandparents, Paul 'Phil', Carol McLamb of Clinton and Connie Thornton of Newton Grove; and his uncle Matthew Thornton of Newton Grove. He is also survived by cousins, relatives and family friends.
