Gladys Bass Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gladys Bass (Newton Grove, North Carolina), who passed away on September 26, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Turner McCullen and Lillie Straugh McCullen; her husband Ralph Shelton Bass; and her siblings, Charlie T. McCullen, Jr., Manley McCullen, Margaret M. Butler and Mildred M. Daughtry.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Bass (Marsha) and Charlene Bass; her sister Carol M. Bethune; her sisters-in-law, Sybil B. West and Georgia Bass; her grandchildren, Anna B. Lewis (Machen), Elliott Bass, McKenzie Bass, Jacob Smith and Zachary Smith; and her great grandchildren, Maxton and Watson Lewis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Attendees are asked to wear masks.
