He is survived by: his wife Constance Cox; his children, Melanie Cox of Raleigh, NC and TaCarlo West (Sharon) of Wilmington, NC; his siblings, Joseph Cox of Greenville, NC, Lynwood Cox of Newton Grove, NC and Renita Cox of Cary, NC; his brother-in-law William Flowers of Grantham, NC; and his godchildren, Cameron Poston (Ana) of Los Angeles, CA and Natalie Poston (Rodney) of Raleigh, NC. He is also survived by two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
