With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tyler Dees of Newport, North Carolina, born in Morehead City, North Carolina, who passed away on November 5, 2022 at the age of 26. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tyler Dees to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carey and Thelma Wilson; his stepgrandfather Richard Wayne Knake; and his great-grandparents, Jewell and Eunice Dees.
He is survived by: his parents, David Dees and Annie Wilson Brown; his stepparents, Allison Dees and Scott Brown; his sister Jill Dees; his stepsiblings, Kevin Parker, Mason Brown, Allie Brown and Elizabeth Padgett; his grandparents, Elizabeth Knake and Jewell Dees; his great-grandparent Mary Mattos; his stepgrandparents, Grady and Bettie Brown; and his pet Ash. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and several cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Tyler's family request donations be made to Hope is Alive- Beaufort, NC (hopeisalive.net) and/ or Carteret Community College Foundation – Tyler Dees Captains License Memorial Scholarship.
