He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse (Belma Griffin) and Dick; his wife June Griffin; and his siblings, Katherine Griffin Hall, Carl Garner, Roy Griffin, Robert Griffin and Douglas Griffin.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jessie Ruth Moseley of Morehead City, NC, Bill Griffin (Robin) of Eatonville, WA and Joe Griffin of Newport, NC; and his pets, Rambler, Charlie, Susie, Lady and Elmer.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Munden Funeral Home & Crematory (2112 Arendell St, Morehead City, NC 28557). A burial will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at the Bayview Cemetery.
