He was predeceased by: his parents, David McCray and Helen McCray. He is survived by: his wife Valorie; his daughter Vickie Burgfeld (Ricky); his grandchildren, Hallie McCray, Madison Burgfeld and Michael Burgfeld; and his parents-in-law, Florine Hines and Pete Hines.
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Triad Cowboy Church (6805 Muddy Creek Rd, High Point, NC 27263).
