She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Lynn "Cindi" Dubay (Robin) of Ashaway, RI, Dawn Kelly Barnes (Steve) of Newport, Brian Scott Kelly (Tonya) of Newport and Owen B. Kelly (Stephanie) of Newport; her grandchildren, Jason Dubay, Stephen Barnes Jr., Andrew Dubay, Savannah Dubay, Jersie Dubay, Katherine Dubay, Owen Kelly Jr. and Jacob Morris; and her great grandchildren, Zeke Dubay, Joshua Duvall, Caden Barnes, Cecelia Dubay, Emory Barnes and Alexander Dubay.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Victory Baptist Church (1051 Hibbs Rd, Newport, NC 28570).
