She was predeceased by: her parents, John Russell and Beulah Russell; her husband Bobby Powell; and her siblings, Doris Russell, Marie King, Calvin Russell, David Russell and Mitchell Russell.
She is survived by: her brother Johnny Russell (Joyce) of Reidsville, NC.
