It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Crabtree Ferguson (Newport, North Carolina), born in Roanoke, Virginia, who passed away on October 9, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Crabtree and Frances Crabtree; and her husband Frank Ferguson. She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Ferguson (Cynthia) of New Bern and Jason Ferguson of New Bern; and her grandchildren, Kathryn Ferguson, Carter Ferguson and Suzannah Ferguson.
