With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ethel Quinn Bush of Newport, North Carolina, who passed away on March 18, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father William "Hester" Quinn; her husband Richard E. Bush Sr.; her siblings, Lionel Quinn and Alice "Deanne" Gurganus; and her brother-in-law Kenneth Skinner.
She is survived by: her mother Lula Quinn; her children, Elizabeth "Libby" Hill (John) of Newport and Richard E. Bush Jr. (Annette) of Newport; her sister Alstine Quinn Skinner (Kenneth) of Atlantic Beach; her grandchildren, Robert Bush, Ashley Davila, Ethan Bush, John Hill Jr., Pattie Jo Hill-Horne and Michael Hill; and also, Molly and Holly.
As an expression of sympathy, flowers are welcome or memorial contributions may be made to Holly Springs Free Will Baptist Church.
