She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ipock and Laura Ipock. She is survived by: her husband Dudley Fornes; her sons, Edward Ensley, Bryan Ensley and Timothy Ensley; her brother Butch Ipock; her stepbrother Douglas Ipock; and her sister Judy Ipock. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Cayton Cemetery.
