As David Franklin departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved David Franklin. Though David Franklin may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his father Hugh Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Piper Stewart of Newport; his son Frederick Stewart of Cedar Point; his mother Judith Stewart of Cedar Point; and his sister Donna Fisher (David) of Swansboro.
A graveside service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Stewart Family Cemetery Stewart Family Cemetery. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Andrew Lutheran Church (1605 Neuse Blvd, New Bern, NC 28560).
