With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cheryl Ann Shoptaugh of Newport, North Carolina, born in Evansville, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 18, 2024 at the age of 64. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Phelps and Cindy Phelps. She is survived by: her husband Don Shoptaugh; her children, Casey Williams of Hubert, NC, Faith Adamson (Chris) of Newport, NC and Andy Shoptaugh (Julie) of Newport, NC; her siblings, Roxanne Phelps (Joe Carlino) of Wisconsin and Tim Phelps (Barbara Hales) of Indiana; and her grandchildren, Hailey Shoptaugh, Hana Williams, Caleb Adamson, Noah Constantine, Drew Shoptaugh, Blake Adamson, Avery Adamson and Sara Kramnick.
