She is survived by: her children, Chuck Smith (Debbie) of Newland, NC, Tony Smith (Belinda) of Johnson City, TN, Kevin Duckworth of Newland, NC and Peggy Elizabeth Perkins (Sterlin) of Roan Mountain, TN; and her siblings, Lucy Shook of Blowing Rock, NC, Hazel Pyatte (Hughey) of Foscoe, NC and Ray McKinney (Peggy) of Banner Elk, NC. She is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
