He is survived by: his mother Brenda Sue Street Pritchard; his stepfather Teddy Hoilman; his wife Dawn Perkins; his children, Bailee Perkins of Rock Hill, SC, Chloey Hudson of Butler, TN, Destiny Reed of Clarksville, TN, Nathan Reed of Rock Hill, SC and Jerry "Jay" Reed (Shelly Spencer) of Blackburg, SC; his grandchildren, Braxton and Watson; his brother Brandon Thompson (Cherokee Miller) of Elizabethton; his uncles, Randal Street of Elizabethton and Billy Street (Missy) of Hampton; and his close friends, Ryan Honeycutt, Michelle Carden, Terry Hughes, Nikki Clawson, Eddie Miller and Glenn. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great aunts and great uncles.
