She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Earl Singleton and Minnie Rose Singleton; her daughter Cynthia Louise Franklin; and her brothers, William Edward Singleton, Hansel Singleton, Sr. and Russell Singleton.
She is survived by: her husband Samuel Franklin; her daughter Kathy McCrary (Shawn) of Fond; her sister Revonda "Tootsie" Ollis (Johnny) of Roan Mountain, TN; her grandsons, Samuel McKinney of Fond, John Griggs (Mackie) and Christopher Griggs of Cheyenne, WY; and her great grandchildren, Hannah McKinney of Denver, NC and Sonja Griggs.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Shriners Children's Hospital.
