He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicolas and Librada; his former wife Maria Josefina; and his daughter Lillian. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Caldero of Newland, NC; his children, Victor M. Caldero Jr. (Josie), Sandra Bentley (Michael), Brenda Elsworth (Jimmy) and Wilma Bumgardner (David); his stepchildren, Diane Banner-Rosado, Melvin Leslie Banner (Marcia), Danita Church and Robert F. Banner; his grandchildren, Javier, Luis Manuel (Tatiana), Nicholas (Danielle), Sean, Noelle (Matthew), Maria, Peter, Brandon, Emmanuel and Barb (Jay); and his great grandchildren, Layton, Chloe, Ayden, Mason, Madox, Maxon, Lilliana, Ameera and Mya. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
