We are sad to announce that on January 31, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Tina Jarvis of Newland, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ernest Riddle and Ena Jane Foglesong Riddle; her former husband Carrol Ray Taylor; her husband Walter Glenn "Pop" Jarvis; and her brother Ken Riddle.
She is survived by: her sons, Jim Taylor (JoAnn) of Newland, NC and Chuck Taylor (Robin) of Hillsborough, NC; her siblings, Helen Cordell (Charlie) and John Riddle (Carolyn); and her sister-in-law Maryann Riddle. She is also survived by six grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
Tina was an avid supporter of many organizations and charities, and in recognition of her specific request, the family respectfully requests no flowers, and would encourage memorials be made to Crossnore First Baptist Church, Avery County Senior Center, Hospice, RAMs Rack or to the charity or organization of your choice..
