He was predeceased by: his brother Jeffrey Cook; his parents, William Cook and Joyce Cook; and his granddaughter Sophia Cook. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Cook; his sons, James, Bill and Andrew Cook; his children-in-law, Ginny, Jessica and Stephanie Cook; his daughter Mary (David Walker); and his sister Marilyn Hirt.
