She is survived by: her husband Gary Rash; her children, Charlene Allen (Rusty) of Morganton, NC, Nikki Holloway (Ryan) of Travelers Rest, SC and John McCoury of Newland, NC; her granddaughters, Adyson Allen and Charlotte Sloan Holloway; her siblings, Connie McCoury of Newland, NC, Peggy Grindstaff of Minneapolis, NC, Robin Burleson (Gary) of Spruce Pine, NC, Carroll Daniels (Linda) of Morganton, NC and Dale Daniels of Newland, NC.; her niece Rebecca Jones; and her friend Lana Wise.
